Hot Water Cyclinders

Hot Water Cylinder Installations

Want to maximise the performance and efficiency of the hot water in your home or need a replacement hot water cylinder? T.S.Owen Plumbing & Heating has the solution.

Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Installations and Replacements: Enhance the performance of the hot water in your home by upgrading to an Unvented Hot Water Cylinder. We can install a variety of hot water cylinders including but not limited to Direct, Indirect, Solar compatible and much more. Upgrading your gravity fed hot water cylinder to an unvented one can help improve efficiency by keeping your water hotter for longer due to the encased insulated jacket and with a faster hot water regeneration period, therefore reducing bills. Having an unvented cylinder can also improve performance by pressurising the hot water throughout your home and the time spent waiting for the water to get hot when you turn on a tap can be reduced. We can also replace your old hot water cylinder for a new and more efficient one.

Vented/Gravity Fed Hot Water Cylinder Installations and Replacements: As well as Unvented, we also supply and install new highly efficient gravity fed hot water cylinders. If You have an older conventional system with water storage tanks in the loft and don’t want to go down the route of a conversion over to a pressurised/unvented cylinder then this is the choice for you.

Immersion Heaters: All of the hot water cylinders that we supply and fit come with a minimum of one immersion heater as a back up heat source for the hot water if any issues were to occur with the primary heat source.

Take care before the cold to prepare your home and plumbing system for below-freezing temperatures. For more vulnerable pipes, you can install pipe insulation and heating cables. But if this isn’t an option and your pipes are in danger, turn on a faucet and run some water. Running water.
